We are always looking for new Chaperones & Tutors to join our professional team!

All applicants must have work authorisation for the UK.

This is a self-employed role and you will need to invoice JAM2000 Agency accordingly and complete your own tax returns.

  • CHILD CHAPERONES

    Our Chaperones are there for the wellbeing and safeguarding of any child performer of all ages, as well as to make it an enjoyable experience for anyone performing and parents attending with their little ones.

    They provide a duty of care to those under their supervision whilst working directly with production companies to ensure that all licensing regulations are adhered to.

    This role can be flexible to suit your availability, whether part time or full time, UK or abroad!

    We are looking for individuals who are:

    Essential

    • An accredited child's chaperone; meaning you hold a current chaperoning licence and an up to date DBS check.
    • NSPCC Child Protection Certified
    • Good communicators who can act on own initiative and as part of a team whilst maintaining the welfare of the children as a core responsibility.
    • Friendly and pleasant persona, who are willing to be trained and ready to learn from experience, so you can meet our high standards
    • Able to use discretion with sensitive issues and information.

    Desirable

    • Experienced at working with children and who are, able to maintain appropriate standards of discipline whilst providing equal and fair treatment and opportunity for all.
    • Aware of best practice with safeguarding and Health & Safety issues, understanding the importance of the child's safety and well-being.
  • CHILD TUTORS

    Our Tutors are there to provide a fun experience in their classroom and accommodate the age group they are tutoring.

    Though children are encouraged to bring schoolwork, every Tutor must prepare their classes in case a child does not bring a sufficient amount of work with them to the requirements of the age attending, that fulfils their learning potential on set. Understanding that tutoring on set can be cut short – our Tutors, must work together with Production to ensure all requirements are met.

    Our Tutors are expected to keep records: including professional detailed tutoring reports (templates will be provided) and detailed time sheets showing the number of tutoring hours provided. This is used as evidence that we are fulfilling requirements for the children and these reports are shared with the schools and Production accordingly.
